Theresa Locke, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist/Business Owner
Theresa has college degrees from UC Berkeley, University of Southern California and her Doctorate from Evidence in Motion. She opened Pinnacle Physical Therapy in 1993 and has dedicated herself to providing excellent patient-centered care to the Calaveras County community. She is a lifelong supporter of local youth sports and volunteer organizations. Outside the practice, Theresa enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, golf and helping with the family vineyard and tasting room.
Ashley Nelson, PT, DPT, MTC
Physical Therapist
Ashley obtained a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, with advanced training for a Manual Therapy Certification. Ashley believes in establishing a comprehensive program to help her patients achieve their functional goals. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family playing outdoors, going to the beach, and snowmobiling..
Sherry Clary
Sherry Clary
Account Specialist
Sherry's primary responsibilities at the clinic are verifying insurance, coding claims and reconciling patient accounts, and you can call or email Sherry with any billing questions. She enjoys the outdoors especially swimming, riding, fishing and camping with her husband Jim. Sherry is a dedicated volunteer and accomplished crafter.
Jeff Schroeder
Jeff Schroeder, NCTMB
Jeff has been providing massage services at Pinnacle Physical Therapy for 4 years. He received his initial massage therapist certification in 2002 from The Body Therapy School of Massage in Palo Alto, CA and eventually became and instructor there from 2003 through 2008. His interests outside of healthcare include hiking, physical fitness and exploring the area.
Marie Schar
Marie Schar, PTA, CPI - Bilingual
Marie obtained her license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in 2000. Her certification and expertise as a Pilates Instructor for over 15 years allows her to specialize in Pilates method based physical therapy, helping her clients reach new goals with the Pilates Method. Marie joined Pinnacle Physical Therapy after a move from Danville to San Andreas to be near her 5 grandchildren. Along with family time, Marie works in her garden, plays with her dog and loves teaching group exercise classes.
Kelli (Holmes) Karr, PT, DPT
Kelli (Holmes) Karr, PT, DPT
Kelli earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has completed continuing education for use of Yoga for therapeutic rehabilitation, manual therapy techniques for shoulder pain, and has completed training for the Graston Technique. Kelli has a passion for helping her patients to restore functional movement and return to the activities they love most. In her free time, Kelli and her husband enjoy camping, hiking, rock climbing, and exploring everything outdoors.
